City gal Dani Davis just wants to find a place to call home. Miller's Creek, Texas, with its country charm and quirky citizens seems like the perfect place to start over. Perfect, that is, except for the cowboy who gives her a ride into town...
Dani secretly finances renovations to downtown Miller's Creek, but malicious rumors force her to choose between keeping her involvement a secret and the home for which she's always longed. Then the discovery of an age-old secret propel her down a road she never expected to travel.
Steve Miller is determined to save his dying hometown. When vandalism jeopardizes the Miller's Creek restoration project, he can't help but suspect Dani, whose strange behavior has become fodder for local gossips. Will Steve and Dani be able to call a truce for a higher cause, and in the process help Dani understand the true meaning of home?

My Review:
I was contacted by Cathy and she asked if I would review her book. I have to say, "I am so blessed to be able to have read this book!" Literally, from the first chapter until the very end of the book I was hooked! Texas Roads is a love story, a mystery, and you will find yourself wanting to share the story with all of those around you!
Dani Davis is on the search for HOME. Her whole life she has never felt like she fits in anywhere. She decides to take a trip to see her "Aunt" who lives in small town Miller's Creek. Circumstances lead Dani down a path of Truth, Love and a Family which she has longed for all of her life. Secrets that have kept families apart far too long are revealed and well, you will just have to read "Texas Roads" to find out how it all turns out :)
This book will leave you longing for a community of people who pull together to work towards a common goal and love their town and one another! Dani and Steve work together along with all the townspeople of Millers Creek to rebuild the town that they love. I loved taking this journey with Dani and meeting all the people that she grows to love despite their doubts of her and the growing questions they have as she spends more and more time in Millers Creek. While Dani is helping to rebuild the small town of Millers Creek, one day at a time, she is rebuilding her life and to learning to hope and trust in Someone that will never let her down.
I truly appreciate the intregrity in which Cathy writes! I recommend this book to all who love to read romance and to those young adults as well!
