“Good night, sweet child,” Mama said as she tucked Little Cub in.
But Little Cub wasn’t quite ready to go to sleep.
“Mama, where did I come from?” she asked.
“From God,” her mother answered. “Your papa and I were alone, and we wanteda baby.”
“And you got me?” Little Cub asked, her voice muffled by the covers.
“Yes, my special child. God gave us you.”
My Review:
When I see anything AT ALL with Lisa T. Bergren's name I know without a doubt, it's going to be EXCELLENT!! I was thrilled to be able to receive & review her latest children's book titled, "God Gave Us You!" It is a precious story! Mama bear is sharing the story of how much she wanted to have their sweet baby bear along with all the highlites during her pregnancy. My kids still love to hear about that time as well :)
It shares what a precious gift God has given them and how very much they are loved.
This book is wonderful and I would highly recommend it for any new moms out there or those who are expecting. It would be great to read to your baby even before you or their daddy hold them :) if you are a Grandma like me, you will definitely want this for your library! I snuggled up just this evening & read this to my grand daughter! She loved it as well!!
